              • DHL is the preferred shipping service for Snackative for shipment outside of India. Through DHL, we provide end to end shipping and tracking solutions to ensure that the packages reach our customers safe and secure. Snackative customer support will assist you regarding any queries related to your shipment.
                How soon will my order be delivered
                  • The products are sourced from the local shops only after you place an order. Local shops are notified within 24hrs and the orders are packed and shipped to the Snackative facility. We do the boxing and ship the products to you via DHL. It takes about 3-5 days to process your order and 2-3 days for the DHL delivery. Therefore, your products will arrive in about 5-7 days from the date of placing the order

                                    • At Snackative we do not stock any products. All food products are sourced directly from the local shops after an order is placed and the latest manufactured batch of product is shipped to you
                                    What is the expiry for these products and where can I find it

                                      What if the item I ordered is not available at the local shop.
                                        • Once an order is placed, if due to any reasons it is not available at the local shop then Snackative will contact you immediately via whatsapp as well as mail and let you know. We would also suggest substitute products so that you can either choose one of those or any other products of the same or the lower value. Please note that if the sustitute product that you choose is from a different shop then it will take an additional 2-3 days for your order to reach you.
